Detailed steps on extracting multiple pages on Sales Navigator 📄📄📄🔍🔍🔍

1. First, you have to start a LinkedIn search, in this example, We are looking for “Chief Technology Officer” and clicking on the button: See all results for “Chief Technology Officer” and we click on the extension

2. We choose a folder for these contacts

Lets named “CTO Project”.  This folder is where the contacts will be redirected. 

3. Now we have to click on the lightning bolt sign and select the option "Add prospects from search results"

4.  After clicking on "Add prospects from search results" we will have the option to specify the number of pages you want to download. In this case, we will add 1 page of the results (25 contacts) and click on "Start"

We can see that the extension is downloading those contacts, so it is very important to let the extension finish downloading and not to do any other work until it is finished.

5.  Once the extension finishes processing the pages, we will see a sign that the job was completed. And now to go directly to the folder to find those contacts, we will click on "See contacts".

This last action will bring us directly to our dashboard to the selected folder, where we can manage all those contacts we downloaded.

Detailed steps 📝🔍

1. We go to the Home page and click on “Lead filters”

2. After completing that step, navigate to the 'Lead Lists' section to search for the specific lead list we wish to add

3. Then, we select the lead list and click in “Collapse”

4.  Now, we can extract multiple pages automatically

5. Finally, to start the process, select how many pages we want to download

 

Add contacts from LinkedIn groups

1. We go to the Home page and click on “Lead filters”

2. Scroll down till reach “Groups” and click there

3.  Now, as we begin typing, we will be able to see all LinkedIn groups

4. As soon as you select a group, we will see all those contacts appear in the search.

5. Now, we can extract all those contacts
